We ask that you please consider giving $1 dollar to Fed Up in RI (non-deductible) to have us finally expose all the players in the 38 Studios scheme and maybe get some actual charges filed alleging criminal activity by several government officials involved in the matter.  At the very least, for that $1 dollar you will find out the unabridged truth about what actually transpired. 

 

Also, please consider, if it's worth $1 dollar to possibly save $100 million dollars of your hard earned tax dollars which Fed Up in RI is currently pursuing  reimbursement of - by making the RI Commerce Corporation (EDC) comply with R.I. Gen. Law § 42-64-18 {5} in accordance with their ‘LEGAL’ obligation to repay the State/Taxpayers of Rhode Island for the General Assembly’s appropriations of funds that have been paid out to the 38 Studios bondholders.

Furthermore, please consider giving just $1 dollar per person in your family, per year, to Fed Up in RI to be there and to make sure that nothing like 38 Studios happens again, without the light of day shining on it and without you having full knowledge of what we believe is about to transpire before the fact, along with our efforts to prevent it... because that is what the organization does.

 

If you live in Rhode Island, or work and own a business here, and share our passion for making it a better place to live and work, you are already in it with us and considered by us to be members.  That's not to say that we won't need your support, because we most assuredly will. We'll need your dollars to fund us, but we will also need you to back us up by letting them know that Rhode Island is watching intently and involved in the outcome of every skirmish we are forced to have with it. 

 

Please understand how valueable your dollar is to us. There are those with great power and resources who want and 'need' to see Fed Up in RI go away. This has been made very clear to us in many different ways. But against these odds... We're still fighting. Therefore, if you feel our work is important and something you can support, we would be most appreciative - because NOW would be the time... because this is not a drill.
